Can I use my security deposit to pay the last few months' rent?
In case of stays longer than 30 days, it is necessary to pay the security deposit, the use of which is intended to pay for any damages found at check-out, as well as the balance of any invoices remaining unpaid. It is therefore not possible to use it to pay the last monthly payments.
