What documents do I need to bring for check-in?
If you are an Italian or European citizen, you will need to present the following documents during check-in:
– ID
– Tax code (only if you are an Italian citizen, or otherwise resident in Italy)
– Receipts for all payments required to check-inIf you are a citizen of a non-European country or a country not part of the Schengen Agreement on free movement, you will need to present the following documents:
– passport
– visa (where required)
– residence permit or application for a residence permit
– receipts for all payments required to check inThe only valid and accepted tax code is the one issued by the Revenue Agency. Any other version issued by other websites not accredited by the Revenue Agency will not be accepted.
What happens if I don't have all the required documents at check-in?
Whether for a few days or a few months, all our stays are subject to compliance with current Italian laws. Therefore, without all the required documentation, we unfortunately will not be able to hand over the keys to your apartment. Please make sure you have all the necessary documents with you beforehand, and if you have any questions, please contact your local office representative.
How can I pay?
Payment can only be made electronically, such as bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
If you have booked an apartment or room for a period longer than 30 days, upon check-in you will be asked for receipts for the payments due in the quote, specifically:
– the confirmation deposit;
– the security deposit;
– the first month's rent;
– the stamp duty and contract registration.
Please note that cash payments are not accepted upon check-in as our staff are not authorized to collect or transport cash.
If you have booked an apartment for a period shorter than 30 days, please note that you must pay the tourist tax in accordance with municipal regulations.
