house and room at check-in

Here's what you need to know

Can I view the apartment before booking?

You can book a visit to the apartment - before signing the rental contract - only if your stay will be longer than 30 days, defining the most convenient time for you with the local office manager. The visit takes place directly at the apartment you booked and is by appointment only.

What do I need to live in the house?

We make sure that your only concern is making the most of your experience in your new home. For this reason, our houses are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, both for cooking (pots, glasses, cutlery, etc.) and for washing (cleaning kit, washing machine, etc.). Hangers, curtains, chair and desk are also among the standard amenities of the room. If your stay lasts more than 30 days, just remember to bring sheets, blankets, pillows and towels with you.

What happens if as soon as I enter the apartment I find some anomaly?

The apartment you will be occupying is checked, tidy and cleaned just before your entry. The equipment and conditions of the room always reflect our quality standards, however, if upon entering the house you find any anomaly (missing supplies, defective fixtures, small damages, etc.) you have 48 hours to report it directly to us at local office manager.

Can I have packages sent to the apartment before my stay?

For security reasons, access to the apartment is permitted only after checking in. Furthermore, in the buildings where the concierge service is provided it is necessary, once you have taken possession of the apartment, to fill in a proxy for the collection of correspondence. You can sign the delegation directly at the reception after checking in. Only from the moment you have delivered the signed document to the custodian of your building will it be possible for you to receive correspondence.
