house and room at check-in

Here's what you need to know

Can I view the apartment before booking?

You can book an apartment viewing—before signing the lease—only if your stay will be longer than 30 days, by scheduling a convenient time with the local office manager. The viewing takes place directly at the apartment you booked and is by appointment only.

What do I need to live at home?

We want your only concern to be making the most of your stay in your new home. For this reason, our homes are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, both for cooking (pots, glasses, cutlery, etc.) and for laundry (cleaning kit, washing machine, etc.). Hangers, curtains, a chair, and a desk are also included in the standard room amenities. If your stay is longer than 30 days, just remember to bring your own sheets, blankets, pillow, and towels.

What happens if I find something wrong when I enter the apartment?

The apartment you will occupy is checked, tidied, and cleaned just before your arrival. The amenities and conditions of the room always meet our quality standards. However, if you find any anomalies upon arrival (missing supplies, defective fixtures, minor damage, etc.), you have 48 hours to report them directly to the local office manager.

Can I have packages delivered to the apartment before my stay?

For security reasons, access to the apartment is permitted only after checking in. Furthermore, in buildings with concierge services, once you have moved into the apartment, you must complete a proxy form to collect your mail. You can sign the proxy form directly at the concierge after checking in. You will only be able to receive mail once you have handed the signed document to your building's concierge.
