I lost/had my apartment/room keys stolen, what do I do?
For the safety of other tenants and co-owners, if you lose or have your apartment (or room) keys stolen, you'll need to file a report at the nearest police station.
Once you've done this, please forward us a copy so we can notify the building management, which will then assess whether to replace the building's access key.
If you don't need a new set of keys, we'll check their availability and, if available, you can pick them up at the relevant office. The cost for a new set of keys is €50.00.
