I have lost/stolen my apartment/room keys, what do I do?
For the safety of other tenants and co-owners, in the event that you have lost or stolen the set of keys to your apartment (or your room) you will need to file a report at the nearest police station.
Once done, we ask you to forward us a copy so that we can notify the condominium administration who will evaluate whether to replace the access key to the building.
If there is no need, to obtain a new set of keys, we will check the availability of the set of keys and, if available, you can come and collect it from the relevant office. The cost for supplying a new set of keys is 50.00 euros.
