How and where does checkout take place?
Check-out is by appointment and takes place directly in the apartment with one of our staff. Keys can be returned to the Arsenale 1104 office during opening hours only, by prior arrangement, and only after informing us in advance. In this case, keys must be returned by 11:30 a.m. on the day the apartment is to be vacated.
What happens during checkout?
During checkout, our representative will take photos to assess the condition of the room and document any anomalies, and will record the return of the key ring. To expedite the process and save you time, please vacate the apartment or room of all your personal belongings before the Arsenale 1104 representative arrives.
What time do I have to vacate the room or apartment?
Please vacate the apartment or your room by 11:30 a.m. on the day of check-out so we can arrange for cleaning and tidying up before the new tenant moves in. To facilitate the cleaning staff's work, we ask you to also vacate the apartment of any personal items you do not wish to take with you. We recommend that you dispose of these items in the designated condominium bins or take them to the landfill for disposal. Please also remember to empty the refrigerator, any kitchen cupboards, and bathroom cabinets.
What happens in case of damage?
If damage to objects or parts of the room (walls, fixtures, furniture, etc.) is detected during checkout, we will promptly assess the extent of the damage and, together with our technicians, assess any charges.
